TIDE Presented on Reef Week to Primary School Students.

Belize is renowned for its colorful Barrier Reef, making it a popular tourist destination. However, to ensure the safeguarding and protection of our barrier reefs, it is crucial to engage and educate young people about their importance. As Reef Week continues, TIDE visited Punta Gorda Methodist Primary School to conduct a short presentation on reefs to the Standard 5 and 6 students explaining the different roles that reef offers to the ecosystem.
