Work commences on Sarstoon Forward Operating Base

Earlier this week on Tuesday, a barge was spotted just outside of Punta Gorda Town heading south. This is an unusual barge but when PGTV went to investigate, they found out that the barge was heading to the Forwarding Operating Base at the Sarstoon to commence work on the FOB. The BTV is happy about this and was out to escort the barge
