simulating healthy eating in Toledo

In August 2023 we reported that UNICEF and the Ministry of Health and Wellness in Toledo will be rolling out a 4-month project, that will assist households that have children under the age of 5 to improve and stimulate healthy eating. The Ministry and UNICEF have embarked on this project because they have identified that children in the Toledo District are not eating healthy. Several communities in the Toledo District were chosen to participate in the project for four months, where they will be provided with food baskets and cash transfers. The project has been rolled out in October and is ongoing. PGTV spoke to the Project Coordinator.
