The People’s United Party was Granted an Injunction Against The Government

We have all heard about the lawsuit that the Peoples United Party has filed against the Government of Belize, because they believe it is unconstitutional, to have a referendum on whether or not we should take the Guatemalan claim to the ICJ. The case was heard on Monday, April 1st by Judge Kenneth Benjamin and the result was given yesterday.
