street work has commenced in town

A few days ago, residents noticed that work has commenced on at least two streets in Punta Gorda Town. These works were promised by the mayor just before he lost the convention, however, the work is continuing. The leader of the Belize Progressive Party Wil Maheia says, that while the repairs are needed, they should have been done during the dry season instead of playing politics with the streets.
