Eworth Garbutt and his group saved many houses in Monkey River.

In October of last year, a half million-dollar home fell into the sea in Monkey River Village due to erosion. Eworth Garbutt saw that and decided to help even though the government is not doing anything about it.  Eworth is trying to save a few houses for some of the neediest families in Monkey River. After seven months of working to combat erosion, his work paid off and yesterday was a celebration of his hard work.
