The Toledo Institute for Development and Environment (TIDE) currently holds the presidency of the Tri-national Alliance for the Gulf of Honduras (TRIGOH) for a two-year term. As president, TIDE facilitated the alliance’s second general assembly, which took place in Puerto Barrios from November 27th to 29th. Various stakeholders attended the assembly, along with their counterparts from Honduras and Guatemala. Several important topics were discussed, focusing on the continued improvement and preservation of the Gulf of Honduras.
