On Tuesday June 16th, ground was officially broken for a new STEAM Pavilion at Toledo Community College. The Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics STEAM project is being funded through a partnership between the Government of Belize and the Inter-American Development Bank. The keynote address was delivered by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science, and Technology Chief Executive Officer, Dian Mejia. The event concluded with a groundbreaking ceremony symbolizing the start of construction.
