Seventeen hospitality professionals in Punta Gorda successfully completed the AHLEI Guest Service Gold Training as part of the 2026 Hospitality Sprint Series. All the participants earned certification, and the cohort achieved a remarkable 100 percent pass rate. The training is part of an ongoing partnership between the BTB Elevate Training Institute and the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Its purpose is to make internationally recognized hospitality training more accessible across the country.
