In honor of Nurses Week, the Punta Gorda Community came together to celebrate local nurses under the theme “OUR NURSES, OUR FUTURE. CARING FOR NURSES STRENGTHS ECONOMICS.” Nurses from the PG Community Hospital participated in a unity walk through town, supported by the PG police department, and wearingpink T-shirts to show solidarity. the event concluded with a wellness exercise session back at the hospital.
