Earth day 2023.

Earth Day started in 1970 and today it is celebrated in more than 150 countries worldwide. In Toledo, Earth Day is being celebrated as well, BTV taking the lead with a concert at the Seaside Park beginning at noon. In the morning, residents will be working to beautify the Seaside Park by Joe Taylor Bridge. Other areas where Earth Day activities will take place include Venancia Petillo Park where Orlando Muschamp will lead a painting team, San Pedro Colombia, River Keepers are doing a clean-up and in Big Falls the Eco Warriors will also be doing a clean-up. Let us continue to keep the environment clean and safe.
