Ya’axche BioBlitz.

Ya’axche Conservation Trust annually collects data on species within their protected areas. It is called Ya’axche BioBlitz. They engage youths to observe and document biodiversity with the Bladen Nature Reserve and Golden Stream Corridor. This year youths, teachers, and tour guides volunteered to observe and document species within the Bladen Nature Reserve and Golden Stream Corridor Preserve. Eight hundred fifty observations were made, with 250 species identified. The observation was done within 24 hours.
