World TB Day 2023.

Tuberculosis is caused by an infection spread from person to person through the air. It affects the lungs and other organs in the body. If it is not detected and treated early, it can cause you to feel sick and can lead to severe illness and death. The national tuberculosis, HIV, and STI Department in the Ministry of Health encourages everyone to reach out to the nearest hospital to get tested.  The TB Department will have a health fair at the San Antonio Clinic on March 24th for those who would like to know their status.
