UB STUDENTS CAN STILL SIT FINALS

Last week, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science & Technology sent a letter to the President and Board of Trustees at the University of Belize. In this letter, the President and board were instructed to allow students in arrears to take final exams. It was stated that not only did the pandemic bring about economic hardships for many, but also that these students have already attended all the necessary classes and it would only be fair not to have them fall back. With these updates, hopefully a lot of stress will be alleviated from students at this time.
