Oceana ‘No’ to seismic testing.

As you know many Belizeans are concerned about their reef and a few years ago the government had signed into law a provision that would ensure that there is no offshore drilling in Belize. Well, our government is dancing with the idea to overturn that law and allow for seismic testing in Belizean waters. Oceana is wasting no time and has kicked off a campaign calling on Belizeans to let the government put it to a referendum before that law can be overturned.
