Machakil Ha

Machakil Ha is the last village in the southern part of Belize and it is often forgotten. Arnaldo Putul a resident pleads for the people of Machakil Ha. Mr. Putul stated through a recent post via Facebook that log wood cutters have attempted to open up the road; however, they have left from the area leaving the road dreadful for students and villagers to travel through. The village is calling on the Ministry of works to grade the road and to add gravel before the raining season approaches. Mr. Putul stated that the kids are the future and he will not give up fighting until the villagers get the respect they need.
