Jose Maria Nunez Street still in deplorable condition

Jose Maria Nunez Street is one of the busiest streets in the town of Punta Gorda. For almost a month now, parts of the street have been blocked off and repair seems to be very slow coming. Now over the weekend, more damage has been done to the street. Residents are asking that the Town Council to make this a priority. We tried to contact the Town’s Administrator about when work will begin, but there was no reply to our phone calls. We will keep following the story.
