Inaguration of the Foward operating base at Hunting Caye

Most people will remember the forward operating base at Hunting Caye. It came to an abrupt halt when PGTV and Kremadala exposed the fact that it was being built by Guatemalans. Since then things has gone quiet but recently work began again on the forward operating base and now it is completed. Last week BDF and Coast Guard personnel were present at Hunting Caye for the opening of the base.
