San Jose Village Still Without Internet

San Jose is one of the most remote villages in the country and is home to hundreds of students who rely on internet access for education services. For more than five years, residents of San Jose Village have been promised reliable internet service. After years of waiting, a telecommunications tower has now been installed. However, despite the infrastructure being in place, hundreds of students still do not have access to internet connectivity. During the Christmas holidays, both the government and Digi indicated that internet service would be available by the beginning of the new year. January is now almost over, and residents say there is still no internet service. PGTV will continue to follow this story, as all systems appear to be in place and residents are seeking answers as to why connectivity has not yet been delivered.
