Methodist Church Welcomes New Pastor

The Methodist Church has been serving the Toledo District for nearly 100 years, with congregations in Mafredi, Forest Home, and Punta Gorda. For almost a year, the Toledo Circuit was without a resident minister. Despite the vacancy, the dedicated Methodist Women faithfully kept the church doors open and ensured that worship services and church activities continued. That long wait has now come to an end. On Sunday, the Forest Home Methodist Church officially welcomed Reverend Warren as the new pastor of the Methodist churches in the Toledo Circuit. Reverend Warren is a native of the Philippines and will now provide spiritual leadership to the congregations throughout the district.
