The PNP also proudly recognize this year’s Outstanding Fishermen, who have made incredible contributions to Belize’s fisheries, Lorenzo Casanova of Chunox, honored for his 23-plus years of commitment to responsible fishing and community stewardship, and Paula Williams Jacobs of Punta Negra, recognized for her dedication to the sector and coastal community resilience. As the only political party with a dedicated sustainable development platform, the PNP continues to encourage all Belizeans to appreciate and respect nature, and to speak up against crimes committed against our environment.
