Belize Diaspora Summit In Belize City

Last week, the Belize Diaspora Summit was held at the Grand Resort in Belize City. The idea behind the Belize Diaspora Summit is for Belizeans living in the United States to develop a stronger and more professional relationship with Belizeans living in Belize. The idea of the summit is to strengthen that relationship and explore how Belizeans at home can benefit from Belizeans abroad, and how Belizeans abroad can benefit from opportunities in Belize. One of the panelists at the discussion table was Dr. Albert Williams, who also entertained attendees with his musical talents. There were many government agencies and businesses displaying their products and services at the summit. Also at the summit was Copalli Rum, which provided complimentary cocktails during the happy hour for attendees of the summit.
