Empowering Women Through Skills Training

The Ministry of Investment, in collaboration with the Taiwan Technical Mission, has officially launched a cell phone repair training program for women and girls in Punta Gorda Town.

This exciting initiative is designed to equip participants with hands-on skills in phone maintenance and repair, opening doors to self-employment opportunities, especially in underserved communities.

Supported by key partners including the Ministry of Human Development, Toledo Community College, and the Punta Gorda Town Council, the program is currently training 16 participants who are ready to build brighter futures through tech!
