Reverend Duncan Honored in Retirement

Reverend Bernard Duncan has faithfully served as the Methodist minister in Toledo for the past eight years. Now, after a long and dedicated ministry, Reverend Duncan is stepping into retirement. Last Friday night, a special service was held in his honor to celebrate his years of service and spiritual leadership.
