BTIA president calls for bypass to be able to accommodate light vehicles

The Belize Tourism Industry Association BTIA Toledo Chapter, held a membership mixer at Garbutt’s Marine on Friday night. Dennis Garbutt BTIA Toledo Chapter Chairperson, had a short briefing where he spoke about what BTIA does, and their accomplishments during their terms. Mr Garbutt also calls for a temporary bypass for small vehicles while the Joe Taylor Bridge construction commences. As the chairperson and his team’s term ends very soon, the BTIA Toledo Chapter is encouraging individuals and other businesses to become a member and step up to the plate to lead tourism to another level in Punta Gorda.
