Bowen and Bowen Spelling Bee is back.

Bowen and Bowen held its 26th Annual National Spelling Bee District Elimination at the Father Ring Parish Hall in Punta Gorda Town. Sixteen students participated at the district level from various schools in the Toledo District. 1st place went to Virna Locke from San Luis Rey R.C school, 2nd went to Zael Logan from Laguna Government school, and 3rd place went to Raquely Cal from San Miguel R.C school. First and second place will be representing Toledo district at the National level.
