A new initiative aimed at identifying the most pressing needs of residents is now underway in Punta Gorda Town as the Rotary Club of Punta Gorda launches its Punta Gorda Community Needs Assessment. The project has entered its community survey phase, where residents are being asked to share their perspectives on the priorities, challenges, and opportunities affecting the town. The assessment is being carried out in partnership with students from the University of Belize, who are assisting Rotary volunteers with conducting surveys throughout the community as part of their field experience. The information gathered will help guide future community projects and partnerships aimed at improving the quality of life for residents in Punta Gorda.
