Saturday November 1st, Village councils from 40 communities across the Toledo District gathered for the District Association of Village Councils (DAVCO) Toledo Annual General Meeting. Hon. Oscar Requena served as the guest speaker, inspiring attendees with words of encouragement and commitment to continued development in the district. A new executive committee was elected and will serve from 2025 to 2028 under the leadership of Mr. Gregorio Choco, Chairman of Big Falls Village. Village leaders expressed strong confidence in the new DAVCO team, signaling renewed hope and collaboration for the years ahead.
