Rotary International welcomed several of its international members to Belize this week as they rolled out the R.A.C.H.E.L. Program. Remote Area Community Hotspot for Educational Learning. This program introduces a specialized device designed to mimic internet access, allowing schools in remote areas to tap into a wide range of information. Alongside the device, Chromebooks are also being donated to ensure that both students and teachers can fully benefit from the program’s content.
