For months, the People’s National Party (PNP) has been advocating for the new landowners in Cattle Landing Village to have their parcels properly identified. However, last week Toledo East Area Representative, Honorable Dr. Osmond Martinez, stated that PGTV had reported incorrect figures. According to Dr. Martinez, a total of 400 lots were distributed, not 200 as previously reported by PGTV. The Area Representative explained that the process has been challenging, as many of the individuals who were issued land have not yet completed their payments. He noted that this has made it difficult to move forward with the proper subdivision of the land. Dr. Martinez is urging all recipients who have been issued land documents to complete their payments so that the subdivision process can proceed accordingly.
