Last week, pictures were posted of preparations for the long-awaited cementing of the road stretching from North Street at its junction with West Street and Olivia Santino Street. For those not familiar with the area, this is the street in front of Toledo Community College. Which was previously hot mixed but left unfinished, causing ongoing inconvenience for residents and motorists and of course the students who attended T.C.C. The picture posted was of a new Culvert being installed but that seems to be it, there wasn’t much more done to the road besides that.
