The Big Falls Eco Warriors teamed up with volunteers in Colombia
Village to tackle a growing problem affecting local waterways. Led by Abidas Ash and
supported by community members like Ignacio and Nathali Ash, the group organized a
river clean-up, focusing on removing fallen trees that had blocked the river’s flow and
hindered travel along the waterway. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the volunteers, the
cleanup was a notable success, but organizers emphasize that more work remains to be
done.
