will there be a queen of the bay parade in PG?

September 10th is one of the oldest holidays celebrated in our country. This is an important holiday because it was on this day 10th September 1798 the Battle of St. George’s Caye was won. The Caye was attacked by 32 Spanish ships but the British Buccaneers and Baymen fought off the Spaniards and hence that is why there is now a country called Belize. Every year for the 10th, a celebration takes place with the parading of a Queen of the Bay for each municipality. Well, this year the PG Town Council has no plans for any parade, all they have is the sounding of a siren at 6 AM but no parade or no Queen of the Bay presentation.
