It has been over a year now since the PUP had won a landslide election. As can be seen, hardly anything had been done to the streets of Punta Gorda Town with the exception of a few grading immediately after the elections. Country wide, PG is known as the town with the worse streets. Many have been waiting for the Area Representative Hon. Mike Espat to do something and to help out the town council but after a year nothing has happened. Now the Hon. Oscar Requena, Representative from Toledo West told love news that help is on its way for the upgrade of streets in Punta Gorda Town. We here at PGTV note, that while there is a promise to fix the streets there is no set date. We will keep following this story.
