A son of the soil Tye-Ray Earl Gutierrez, has received a one hundred-thousand-US dollar scholarship from the US Army. This story strikes home as his mother was one of the first news anchors at PGTV. This was over a decade ago after which she migrated to the United States. Ms. Sharay Gutierrez, daughter of the late Teacher Luzane Gutierrez, and proud mother of Tye-Ray. We congratulate Tye-Ray Earl Gutierrez on his accomplishment.
