Punta Gorda is mourning the loss of two sons of the soil. Jamie and Anthony Archer lost their lives in a fatal car accident Tuesday on the PG San Antonio road near the forestry compound. Information is that the brothers were traveling towards Punta Gorda Town when the driver lost control and veered off the highway. 
Both brothers are known here in Punta Gorda, especially within the volleyball community. This tragedy has shaken the core of our little town. PGTV would like to extend its heartfelt condolences to the family and express its deepest sympathies for your loss; Our prayers go out to you during this difficult time.
