For weeks now many people have been calling our newsroom complaining about indiscriminate logging. Well it seems like there is no end in sight for the raping of Toledo rainforest because even though logging season is officially closed the logs continue to leave our district. We tried to get an explanation from the Forest Department but were told the officer in charge was unavailable. We will keep following this story.
