Festival of arts time is here again but it seems as if festival is dead in the Toledo district. Two weeks ago we reported on the absence of golden night in Punta Gorda Town. The reason this is of concern is because golden night is used to determine who will represent our district in Belize City. The question now becomes, who will represent the Toledo district? We tried several of times to get information from the education department but yet again, no response.
