Saturday, October 14, 2017. The house in the street adjacent to the Maura Lopez Market continues to be the talk of the town in PG.
Ten months ago a bold promise was made by the PG Town Administrator that the house would be removed by the time this September Celebrations came around.
He even laid out a plan that the house would be raffled so that residents of PG would be given a chance to own it.
Well, nothing has come of that plan and the September Celebrations are now in the history books.
In fact even the TIDE Fish Festival and Pan American Day holidays have come and gone and tonight, the house still sits in the middle of the street.
In a recent interview with PGTV, Acting Mayor Ashton Mckenzie again promised that the house will be moved.
